No stranger to Fortune 100 companies, in 1986 he Co-Founded Health Benefits America (HBA) which became America’s premier outsourcing benefit management company. HBA provided services to over 50 of the America’s largest and respected Fortune 100 companies. including General Motors, Bank of America, TRW, Rockwell International, Chrysler, PepsiCo, Frito-Lay, Taco Bell, Kentucky Fried Chicken, Pizza Hut, FedEx, K-Mart, Sears,Federated Department Stores, Citibank, Chevron, Eastman Kodak, Xerox, Marriott Corp, Price Water-house, DHL, Home Depot, Holiday Inns,Coca Cola, and J. C. Penney. HBA was acquired by the worlds largest payroll company, Automatic Data Processing, Inc (ADP) in 1996. Ron stayed on as an executive with ADP until late 1998.

He is founder and Global Chairman of Truth Alone Triumphs, Global Enterprises, LLC which provides global consulting and bridge building between countries with relationships in the United States, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Brazil and India. He has presented on “India Power Talk," a digital platform that conducts webinar view Podcast series for the India Chamber of Commerce. He’s topic “Surviving and Thriving In Business and Life Post Covid-19.” He was invited to be the Chief Speaker at the 5th World Parliament of Science, Religion and Philosophy at MIT World Peace University, Pune, India in 2019. He has provided consulting services for Reliance Technologies Subsidiary, JIO Platforms in Mumbai, India.

He is also International Executive Advisor and Cultural Liaison for JDB Entertainment Global, LLC located in the Music Capital of the world, Nashville, Tennessee. Their mission is to create and promote good will among nations and connecting the world through the power of Music.

He serves on a number of Educational and Arts Boards including Hale Center Theatre, Utah State University Cain College, BYU Marriott School, UVU Presidential Advisory Board, U. of U. School of Music, Legacy Film Foundation, and National Advisor to Best of State. He has been heavily involved in Charitable and Volunteer work, Mentors International - Philippines, Honduras, Guatemala, Peru, El Salvador. Operation Kids, and Board of Directors, Rising Star Outreach in India. He is an Ambassador Board Level member at World Trade Center Utah. WTC Utah is part of an international ecosystem of global connections and integrated trade and investments.

In 2000 he was called as Executive Producer For Global Talent and Assistant to the President of the world renowned Tabernacle Choir at Temple Square. While Assisting the president of the choir in various assignments, he is also responsible for securing, negotiating world renowned musical guest artists and celebrities who perform with the Tabernacle Choir and Orchestra at Temple Square. He has worked and become personal friends with many distinguished luminaries, including, Gladys Knight, Bryn Terfel, Frederica Von Stade, Ronan Tynan, Audra McDonald, Renée Fleming, Sissel, Brian Stokes Mitchell, Natalie Cole, David Foster, Andrea Bocelli, David Archuleta, Nathan Gunn, Jane Seymour, Denyce Graves, Sandy Patti, Alfie Boe, Alyson Cambridge, James Taylor, Stevie Wonder, Deborah Voigt, The Sesame Street Muppets, Rolando Villazón, Sutton Foster, Laura Michelle Kelly, Matthew Morrison, GENTRI, Kristin Chenoweth, Kelli O’Hara, and Megan Hilty.

He also brought world leaders in journalism and actors including, Roma Downey, Angela Lansbury, Walter Cronkite, Mike Wallace, Charles Osgood, Anthony Hopkins, Peter Graves, David McCullough, Ed Herrmman, Michael York, Martin Jarvis, John Rhys Davies, Tom Brokaw, Hugh Bonneville, Richard Thomas, and Neal McDonough. In 2017 he was officially appointed Global Artistic Advisor to the internationally acclaimed King’s Singers in London, England. He is on the board of their Global charitable efforts world wide. He is also Global Advisor and Manager for GENTRI, the gentleman’s trio.

In 2021 he was called to be Global Envoy and Executive Assistant to the Choir Presidency. In this new assignment he will assist the global outreach and positive influence of the Tabernacle Choir at Temple Square around the world by promoting music as the universal language of peace and love.

He is married to Kaye Lynne Gunnell, and has three daughters, Kristen, Lauren, and Natilyn and one son, Michael , and two grandchildren, Emma and Henry.
