Mrs. Betros is a Telly Award winning ExecutiveProducer/Director and CEO of JDB Entertainment Global.

She is the creator of the Forte Music-Con™ KSA andWorld Music Connection designed specifically for Saudi Arabia. Joan and her business partner, Mr. Dave Brooks, are the creators of the unprecedented Songster Bus™. Mrs. Betros has created the “Iconic Women in Music” for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Together, Joan and Mr.Brooks are the creators of the Songster Bus™ USA Goodwill Music Tour.

Mrs. Betros is honored to work with Mr. Ron Gunnell, International Executive Advisor and Global Envoy, and Mr. David Foster as Honorary Chair of the Forte Music Con™ KSA, to introduce this amazing legacy event into the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and to shine the light on Saudi music talent, build cultural bridges, and strengthen relationships globally through the power of music.

Joan has lived in Saudi Arabia for years and has been a consultant for MBC (Middle East Broadcasting Center) in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Joan has formerly worked as a producer for CNN and became a CNN International onsite producer for anchor Christiane Amanpour inside the Kingdom. She has also worked for the Faisal Foundation as an Executive Producer for documentaries.

Joan has many years of experience in the media and entertainment fields to include Television, Radio, Network News, Documentaries, and Motion Picture. Her main areas of expertise are creating, producing, and directing large, live events and producing family television programming. She is also a major influencer and connector in the music industry.

Mrs. Betros has worked with major labels, Grammy Award-winning recipients, music industry titans, and top entertainment professionals, such as: Warner Music Group (Nashville); Icon Studios (Atlanta), Claudia Brant, Tim Davis, Makeba Riddick-Woods, Stone Stafford, Dave Brooks, Ron Gunnell, Antonio Sabato Jr., country music stars Craig Morgan and Darryl Worley, and CEO and USO-Metro President Elaine Rodgers. She has also worked closely with iHeartRadio, Renegade Radio (Nashville); Universal Studios (Los Angeles); FOX News(New York City); CNN (Atlanta); PBS (Washington, DC); Disney Studios (LosAngeles); and other award winning music studios and broadcasting houses, plus top singers/songwriters, stars, and celebrities. She has also been a producer and correspondent for NBC and ABC affiliates and covered the Masters Golf Tournament for multiple years in Augusta, Georgia.

Joan is the Executive Producer/Director/and Creator of “The Nashville Connection – Heroes SaluteUSA and the “Songster Bus™ Artist Experience” which is a top music industry and patriotic and national live event that educated and connected up and coming music artists with top music industry stars. These events benefited military families and various non-profit organizations. This fresh production approach was the catalyst that is now propelling a new model of music industry productions into the Kingdom ofSaudi Arabia. As part of her humanitarian work, Mrs. Betros was theChairman and Founder of FUTURE, (Families United Toward Universal Respect), a global, USA based, non-profit organization. Through her work with FUTURE, Iraqi women were instructed on an organizational model based on volunteerism, self-reliance, mutual respect and unity of the family. One aspect of FUTURE’s program was toorganize and conduct “Hugs for Healing” flights to Iraq and the USA which received national and global attention with achievement awards. FUTURE also facilitated and organized international “Sharing the World of Sisterhood”conferences that promoted and educated women globally on matters of health, education, culture, and welfare. In this role, Joan interfaced closely withMembers of the United States Congress, the White House, State Department,United Nations, the U.S. Institute of World Peace, the Iraqi and Kurdish Embassies in Washington, DC and numerous international NGOs.

Her awards include: Chief “Fashion Editor of the Year Award”for Emblem Magazine, Washington, DC.; Cable News Media “Personality of the YearAward” from the State of Georgia; Cable News Media Salute for top “Talk ShowHost of the Year”; and Multiple Telly Awards for innovative television programming.

Joan attended the Shenandoah Conservatory of Music, majored in voice and minored in drama. She also attended the Toutorsky Academy of Music in Washington, DC. She runs her business from Brentwood, Tennessee.
